I read that one way to stay healthy in the cold months is to eat greek yogurt. No clue why but I guess it’s a thing, but I am not about to eat some plain boring Greek yogurt!!!
How did I make it better? By adding a bunch of keto friendly products that are full of electrolytes, nutrients, and other healthy contents!

Prep time: 5 mins
Yield: serves 1
- Greek yogurt
- ¼ TBSP Everly Peach Mango Hydration drink mix
- 1 serving of goodMix Superfoods Paleo blend
- Swerve Sweetener to taste
- Cocoa powder and vanilla extract for added flavor
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients until well combined
- Pour the mixture into 4 Popsicle molds
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving
- Store covered in the freezer for up to 1 month
