Cold Kicking Keto Pudding


I read that one way to stay healthy in the cold months is to eat greek yogurt. No clue why but I guess it’s a thing, but I am not about to eat some plain boring Greek yogurt!!! ⁣

How did I make it better? By adding a bunch of keto friendly products that are full of electrolytes, nutrients, and other healthy contents! ⁣

The perfect start to my day!!! ⁣

Cold Kick Keto Putting

Prep time: 5 mins
Yield: serves 1


Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt
  • ¼ TBSP Everly Peach Mango Hydration drink mix
  • 1 serving of goodMix Superfoods Paleo blend
  • Swerve Sweetener to taste
  • Cocoa powder and vanilla extract for added flavor 

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until well combined
  2. Pour the mixture into 4 Popsicle molds
  3. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving
  4. Store covered in the freezer for up to 1 month
